  Racist Management.
  (1st Visit) When I purchased Pixel Books two sales associates helped me make an informed purchase. One White and one Black. Both sale associates recommended I use a coupon, which was declined because the Pixel Books were listed as a clearance item in their computer system. I was very polite when I pointed out to a store manager the associates unknowingly gave me erroneous information because the items were not marked as clearance on the shelf or online. He stated he would have a conversation with the White associate and would have the Black Associate removed from the store. I corrected the manager explaining this is not human error this is an oversight in store policy and practice.
  
  (2nd Visit) Again I was polite, I remained calm, neither raised my voice nor got angry at anytime. I returned to the store after speaking to Best Buy's Customer Service Center. Their Service Center told me I could return to the store to get refunded the 10% stated on the coupon. I asked to speak to the manager (Wes), he refused to speak to me after several requests. Several staff members hovered near the young white customer service representative who was helping me asking him repeatedly if he was okay in a manner as if I were a threat or possibly an "Angry Black Woman."
  
  Good Sales Associates:
  Both sale associates were kind, informative, and had very good product knowledge. Unfortunately, they were given false information; therefore, I was mislead when I made my purchase.
  
  False Advertisement:
  In store pixel books were advertised with up to $300 in store sales and coupon savings. "Read Fine Print." Both sale associates read the fine print with me. The coupon was stackable meaning you could get the coupon value on top of in store sale. The coupon did not apply to Clearance Items. The Pixel Books were not marked in store or online as a clearance item. I purchased the Pixel Books. It was only after I paid for my items was it listed in the computer system as clearance items.
  
  End Result:
  Manger still refused to speak to me in person, but authorized customer service representative to give me a $100 refund instead of $200 as the coupon stated. And I wrote this review.
