  Bought an Acadia which had paint chipping issues.
  They corrected that problem by repainting the bad areas. Soon thereafter I had spotting on the car. I called my sales team and they wanted $100 just to look at it. Salesman John Marcus and sales manager Don wanted the extra money. I ended up contacting Wayne the body shop manager and he took care of my issue. Wayne is awesome and does great work. All sales people tell you that if there is a problem they will take care of you. Don't believe it. Don told me nothing is free and his workers are union so they can't even look at a car for free. I give Wayne 5 stars and sales 1 star.

  We bought a used 2008 Acadia in August 2017 and got the 1 year/12000 mile "protection plan". The fact that it was only 12000 miles should have been our first warning.
  
  Within 1 month the front right headlight goes out and they want to charge us $80 to fix it. We didn't fix it with them but 1 month into owning the car and something happening to it is ridiculous.
  
  It is now March 21st, 2018 and the check engine light is on. There is a whole list of things that need to be done according to the diagnostic test they ran without informing us that they were going to run it AND without letting us know our warranty expired by 100-something miles. I've talked with countless people for help including Chris and an upper management person named Donnie and both were unsympathetic and didn't care to hear my argument for a goodwill repair. I contacted Compass, the protection plan provider, and they informed me that they can't do anything to help and that it was denied by someone at the dealership (most likely finance, according to the representative). I will try to talk to the finance department and see how that goes.
  
  Overall, for a car to have its check engine light come on not even a year after purchase is awful. We've bought a few cars from them before and they have all given us problems. I promise you that this is the last car we will buy from there.
