  HORRIBLE!!! They get one star because I can't give them 0. They keep wanting to charge me $100 for a copayment they said I didn't make, even though I made that payment more than a year ago. I call and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. I've sent the proof that I paid and they still keep sending me payment request.
