  In October 2016 we used Bradford & Kent out of Downers Grove to do a kitchen remodel. Based on 3 bids we received, their bidding was fair and honest. We had a baby coming so we had them sign a "completion contract" which stipulated they would be "substantially" done by a certain date. They hit it exactly. We are also very pleased with their work. They aggressively worked to finish up the final punch list items after our baby arrived in December. We would recommend them.
