  I have done the kitchen session w/ friends and the pick up and can attest to the quality and cleanliness of the food. I loathe cooking, but want some healthy, homemade meal options for my family. There are no preservatives used here and all the ingredients are just store bought. I would easily have spent more trying to buy the ingredients to make all these meals, and they'd be cluttering up my kitchen since I don't know what else to do with them! Usually some pretty good options for meals avail. The only problem I have with it is that I usually buy organic when I can, and I don't think their stuff is. I wish at least the meats used were organic.
