  First time customer and I feel very disappointed. First I went to your elmhurst location for a 30min interior cleaning and they let me know they do not offer that service at that location, but sent me out with a complimentary wash. I went to the downers Grove location right after to get the 30min interior cleaning and was left disappointed when the car came out. The cleaning that was done could have easily been done by me on my own. And when checking some spots ( clearly visible) were left untouched. Which causes me to wonder if they ever cleaned anything. The reason why I went in was for the seats and they were left untouched all this for 34.99$ I should have saved my money and went elsewhere. And the sad part is I actually had to drive to another detailing car wash company whom charged me 30$ for the same job I have asked and they did a better job than expected. I am not the one to leave bad reviews but there you have it.

  Everytime I have gone, they have left my car spotless and without streaks. The interior work that I have had done there over the last three years have consistantly come out perfect. This is unlike other locations that I've visited where they put the floormats in the wrong spots, spilled leather cleaner, left cleaning tools, etc. The lines for the wash and interior clean are very deceptive and move much faster than one would think. The morning staff seem to be the veterans there and will take extra pride in the work done outside and inside the car. The only issue I've ever had was promptly remedied by a second wash provided by Carlos Sandoval, one of the wash managers. Just as simple as asking as they do guarantee satisfaction.
