  I don't remember the details that led up to our choosing La Mantia Enterprises to redo our ancient driveway, but we were looking for someone who would do quality work, and what we read about La Mantia convinced us that they would do the excellent job we desired. When Mr. Dominic La Mantia came out with one of his foremen to look over the situation and measure the driveway, he pointed out that they also did concrete work and could replace our old sidewalk too. So we decided to have them both replaced.
  When I went to the village public works office to get the required permit for the work, the lady's comment was "They're a very professional company." So they have a long standing reputation for professionalism. As the work was being done in October, my exceptionally sharp retired engineer neighbor across the street watched the work as it was being done. He was impressed with the depth of the foundation that was installed. He has had some substandard driveway work done in the past, and it didn't last very long. So he appreciates and recognizes quality driveway work. A friend of his needs driveway work done, so he came over recently to find out the name of the company that redid our driveway. So La Mantia probably has another customer to add to the list they have of jobs scheduled to be done this year.
  My driveway and sidewalk look great, but just as importantly, I expect them to stay that way for a long time. I am pleased with the work that was done, and it was a pleasure to work with the people at La Mantia Enterprises.
