  Yesterday I had a flat tire...on my brand new truck and I was very upset because the tow guy couldn’t get the spare down so I call the Ntb in downers grove and the service manager Rudy told me no problem to have them bring me in and they’ll get it in right away! The tire was reasonable and the staff was very friendly. I would deffidently recommend this location to all my friends and family. love you Ntb!

  Had a flat tire on the way home from work. Stopped at another shop and they wouldnt repair it due to too close to closing time. Went here second and they squeezed me in before they closed. This is my first stop next time.
