  After some unfortunate flooding, Yonan Carpet One provided fast and courteous service. The sales staff and installation team were friendly, efficient, and very concerned that we were happy with our finished flooring. The next time we are in need of carpeting or flooring, we will definitely be contacting Yonan.

  Issue with seams after a year. I sent photos in and got the reply;
  "It just looks like they are small snags in the carpet. That
  would not be considered a manufacture defect.The best thing to do is just trim them with a pair of scissors. Do not pull them because they will run the length of the carpet".
  
  During purchase and on site visit I specifically discussed potential seam issues, I was assured there would be no issues.
